André Brasil

André is an essayist, curator, and also a teacher at the Minas Gerais Catholic Pontifical University (PUC-MG), where he coordinates the Image and Sound Experimentation Centre (Ceis). He holds a Masters degree in Social Communication from Minas Gerais Federal University (UFMG) and is currently doing a Ph.D. at Rio de Janeiro Federal University (UFRJ). His research revolves around contemporary audio-visual production and the ethical, political and aesthetic implications of digital and electronic media.
Christine Mello

Christine Mello holds a Ph.D. in Communication and Semiotics from Catholic Pontifical University (PUC-SP) and is a researcher, essayist and curator in the field of art and technological mediation. She teaches at Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) and PUC, and coordinates the Post Graduation in Image and Sound Creation at SENAC’s (Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Comercial) Electronic Media in São Paulo. In 2002, Christine was net art curator of the Brazilian representation in the 25th São Paulo Biennale.
Eduardo de Jesus

Eduardo is a teacher at the Communications School of Minas Gerais Catholic Pontifical University (PUC-MG) and holds a Masters Degree in Social Communications from Minas Gerais Federal University (UFMG). He is presently doing a Ph.D. at the Art and Communications School at São Paulo University (ECA-USP). Eduardo is also a researcher, video artist and member of Associação Cultural Videobrasil. Eduardo coordinates the FF>>Dossier project, which profiles new exponents of electronic art.
Ronaldo Entler

Ronaldo is a photographer with an undergraduate degree in Social Communication from the Catholic Pontifical University PUC (PUC-SP), a Masters degree in Multimedia from the Arts Institute at Campinas State University (UNICAMP) and a Ph.D. degree in Arts from São Paulo University (USP). Ronaldo is currently developing his Post-Doctorate at UNICAMP on new forms of incorporation of documental images in contemporary photography. At Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP), he is a teacher and coordinator of the Communication School post-graduate courses, as well as coordinator of the Art History post-graduate courses at the Art School. |
